Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process the orders and ship them between the first two working days. Once the order is shipped please allow at least one week for delivery, as delivery times may vary. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to expedite your shipment.

Once we ship a package, if the tracking information indicates it has been delivered, we unfortunately are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. However, we are a small business and our first goal is to have happy clients. So please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist and help you resolve it.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. The carrier for your order will be selected based on the most efficient method for your location and the size of the package.

All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to replace it.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging, as it may be required for a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace damaged items after verification.
Can I return a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital downloads. Please ensure you have the correct software (Adobe Reader) before purchasing to avoid any issues with editing.
