Correct Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in additional fees and delays. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and the tracking information indicates it has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. However, if this happens, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially with USPS, where shipping can take up to a week. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery times once the package leaves our hands.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to expedite your order to meet your deadline.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (sometimes sooner) of being received. Please note that we currently only ship within the Continental United States.
Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise.
Out of Stock Items
Due to the nature of our handmade products, items may occasionally be out of stock. If this occurs, we will replace the item with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Damages Policy
We strive to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the event that an item is damaged, please follow our damage policy
Notification Requirement
You must notify us of any damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. Please be aware that minor shifts in products and packaging during transit are normal and are not considered damage or defects.
Photographic Evidence
To expedite the resolution process, we may request photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Please be prepared to provide these within the 48-hour notification window.
Shipping Damage
If your product was damaged during shipping, please retain all original packaging materials. These may be required for courier inspection when filing a claim.
Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the replacement item. Instructions on how to return the damaged item will be provided once your claim is approved.
Replacements
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement.
